This policy explains the payment methods available, when payment is due and how invoices are issued.
Payment methods
- Prepaid by card: mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay, through a payment gateway licensed by the Saudi Central Bank. Card details are entered on the gateway’s secure page and never pass through our servers; your bank may ask for a 3-D Secure code.
- SADAD or bank transfer: to the company account shown on the shipment, with the tracking number in the transfer reference. Payment is confirmed once it reaches the account.
- Cash on delivery: the shipping charge is paid to the courier on delivery, with a SAR 15 service fee.
When payment is due
- Instantly priced services: the amount appears when you create the shipment and is paid before pickup (card and transfer) or on delivery (cash).
- Services priced after review (heavy freight, air, ocean, customs, warehousing): the confirmed price is emailed to you, then you pay from your account.
- The amount may change if the actual weight or size differs from what was entered; you are told before we proceed.
Prices and tax
All prices are in Saudi riyals plus 15% VAT. A tax invoice is issued for each paid shipment.
Business accounts
Businesses that ship regularly can request monthly invoicing and a custom tariff via request a quote.
Goods-value collection for stores
If a store asks us to collect the goods value from the receiver, the collected amount is transferred to the store’s bank account on the agreed cycle, after deducting any agreed charges.
