SEEN Express Co. Ltd respects your privacy and processes your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations. This policy explains what we collect and why, who can see it, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, mobile number, company and city.
- Shipment data: sender and receiver names, numbers and addresses, and contents, weight and value.
- Payment data: method, status and reference only. We never collect or store card numbers; they are entered directly on the licensed payment gateway page.
- Technical data: IP address, sign-in and activity logs, for security and fraud prevention.
Why we process it
- To carry out pickup and delivery and communicate about it.
- To invoice, collect payments and meet tax and regulatory obligations.
- To protect accounts and prevent fraud.
- To improve the service and handle complaints and claims.
We do not sell your data, and we use it for marketing only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who can see your data
- Only you see your shipments in your account; no other customer can view them.
- The partner or courier assigned to a shipment sees that shipment only, to collect and deliver it.
- Authorised operations staff according to their permissions, with their actions recorded in an audit log.
- The licensed payment gateway, and government bodies when required by law (such as customs).
- The public tracking page shows status and cities only, never names, numbers or addresses.
How we protect it
- Encrypted connection (HTTPS) on every page.
- Passwordless sign-in with a one-time email code, valid 10 minutes, attempt-limited and stored hashed.
- Sessions that expire automatically, CSRF protection and rate limiting.
- Separate permissions for customers, partners and staff, and a log of every sensitive action.
Retention
We keep shipment and invoice records for the period required by tax and commercial regulations, then delete or anonymise them. An inactive account is deleted on its owner’s request unless a legal obligation prevents it.
Your rights
You have the right to be informed, to access and obtain a copy of your data, to correct it, to request its destruction when no longer needed, and to withdraw consent. Send your request to the email below and we will respond within the statutory period. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in the Kingdom.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to run your session and remember your language. We use no advertising trackers.
