By using the SEEN Express platform or creating a shipment, you agree to these terms and the related policies: shipping & insurance, returns & refunds, payment and data protection.
Your account
- You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for securing your email and for everything done through your account.
- Your registered details must be accurate and current. We may suspend an account that is misused or gives false information.
Sender obligations
- Accurate shipment details and contents, compliance with regulations, and no prohibited items.
- Appropriate packing, and the shipment being ready at the agreed pickup time and place.
- Paying the charge and any extra fees arising from weight differences, returns, storage or government charges.
SEEN Express obligations
- To collect, carry and deliver the shipment with the care of a diligent carrier, and keep its tracking status updated.
- To keep shipment data confidential and limited to those who need it.
- To compensate for loss and damage under the shipping & insurance policy.
Partners
Approved carrier partners in the partner portal are bound by separate agreements, and must keep shipment data confidential and use it only for delivery.
Reviews
Only the owner of a delivered shipment can review it. Reviews are published after a check that only removes abusive or unlawful content, without editing the text.
Intellectual property
The SEEN Express name, logo and platform content belong to the company and may not be used without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will first be settled amicably, failing which they go to the competent judicial authority in Riyadh.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date is shown at the top of the page. Updated terms apply to shipments created after publication.
